No, as good as Weber has been, he doesnt fit their age group, Avs need Top 6 wingers, not trade them away and they dont need another RHS Dman, who would be taking PP1 time away from Makar

bergevin screwed the team with those contracts. should have never traded for weber or gave price that contract.

His contract is fine
And they got rid of PK’a bloated contract

Flames are not doing that trade. Price is way overplayed and I wouldn’t even do it Lindholm for price 1 for 1

Flames are never doing this, Price's cap is horrible, maybe give us him and a first for Lindholm but even then we probably wouldn't, I sure wouldn't.

Sakic is never going to handcuff the roster long-term by trading for Weber's contract. And much less so for a prospect like Timmins or a young 60+ point scorer.
