Domi should be on your 1st or 2nd line - he could put up 70-80 pts with Crosby/Malkin

I can understand that. But knowing Mike Sullivan, all of the lines and linemates are quite fluid. So he'd definitely see time with Sid or Geno.

Pens would have THE most lethal top 6 we've seen in awhile if they had Domi

    Domi-Crosby-Zucker
    Guentzel-Malkin-Rust

    Unbelievable

Curios what Sabres' fans think, but I think the Buffalo deal is fair.

God, I wish Anaheim weren’t the first team in the League alphabetically and therefore the stand-in for “Anywhere” or “CBO.”

You do not want three #1C, and you do not want any of them on the wing.

I like Murray, but I don’t like Bjugstad, but I guess he could be a stop gap 2nd line center. I don’t think the Sabres would have to add a pick because of the Bjugstad contract.

    Thanks, We hate it.

cap dump of a oft injured bottom 6 guy and a goalie who needs a new contract and who has been below average 2 of the last 3 years.

Dont think it's fair tbh. We would have to sign Murray. I dont think we would want to meet his demands and bstadd contract is whack. Maybe if pit sent us a conditional 2nd rd pick that could be a 1st if montour hits x amount of points then maybe
Otherwise I would rather keep him or trade him for forward that would help

Ignoring the value, I don’t understand why the habs would be interested. We have tonnes of prospects, and we’d be more interested in the quality of Domi instead of the quantity of the picks & prospects.

Edit: Also if Murray starts 50 games, you traded your 2021 1st twice.

No that’s Buffalo trading their 1st for Murray.... which is beyond terrible

i said 2 of the last 3 seasons. he was .899 sv% this year and .907 in 17-18.

the year you cite they were better than league average in goals allowed and casey desmith had a .916 GAA vs Murray's .919

Why are you only focusing on the past 3 years and not the seasons before when he had a .930 save % (only 14 regular season games though) and .923 save %?

because why do I care how good he was 4 years ago? he also has never played more than 50 games too and wants a new contract.

    no thank you.

Yeah not sure MTL does this. It's not great for both teams to be honest.
    A. that's 1 expensive 3C.
B if you put him at wing you are looking at only 1RW in the whole lot. That's painful.
    C. what do you do come expansion draft and you have no 1st rd pick to help bribe them off your players.
    D. I don't see how the return makes MTL a better team. The last place you want to trade out is anywhere down the middle.

They should add a team ANYWHERE. considering they are the most traded team in all of capfriendly. Their home town can be fantasy land, because that's where most of those trades belong!

I truly admire the brilliance of working a reference to Disneyland into a response to an Anaheim guy.

Dont you think its better to judge a player over the course of his entire career? And hes played 49 49 and 50 games. Outside of this year, hes been solid in the net
