The trick with the Staal line's offense is their often put out with Dougie Hamilton and Jaccob Slavin, who will overtake a game. Dzingel - Haula - Necas was a solid line early in the season, probably our best line early. I don't actually think Trocheck is the biggest of upgrades on Haula. It was a nice trade because Haula was gone at the end of the season, but it's not world-beating. Trocheck's had injury issues and had a tough time getting back to the career year he had. It's not an ideal fit for a 2C. He's a nice RH forward for a team that only had RH forwards without him, Necas and Williams. Another scorer is needed if you expect him to just put up the numbers he has done in the past 2 years he had with Florida.

Hard to say no to that. I just have a lot.of faith that Necas is really that guy. But, insurance policies are always nice. Gotta think Skjei can land a decent top 6 guy...... wonder if Palmeiri could be had for Skjei and some nice qindow dressing🤔🤔🤔🤔

I don't know if Skjei will have that kind of value being flipped so soon after he was acquired
