67 points in 180 career games and about average analytics.. can't see him getting much more but there's wiggle room to go as high as $2.3M.. Wouldn't say he's worth that

I like the idea of a larsson for Johnsson trade, however that would shake down. Edm would need another trade in the works for a d man before accepting anything.

They have Bouchard and Broberg who could likely make a jump. Or they could sign a guy in free agency. Larsson isn't elite enough to say that they have to replace him if they moved him

tough to make big moves when the cap isn't likely to increase and they're already tight against it. These ideas address areas of need and don't cost a lot. Those are key elements.

How bout actually suggesting something instead of just "more needs to happen".

True that in my eyes you got like at least Barrie or Ceci as an option! Not bad.... larsson is just PK madness though.

Broberg's staying in europe, bouchard sint ready to play at least top 4 and signing a guy in free agency means commiting to him long term which they can't afford to do

I think that's an awful lineup. You've left them without a starting goalie and really haven't addressed any team needs. I doubt Pietrangelo signs in Toronto. & you've overpaid to move Johnsson. Not to mention to you overpaid Mikheyev by quite a bit.

I think it needs a lot of work still.

Rather get something for Anderson, we won't be resigning him. Plus this setup leaves $3.5M in cap space. Plenty of options to get a goalie if we need. But also, who knows what the potential of Woll is.

Woll isn't ready for the NHL for at least a few years. They're not trading Andersen because he's their backbone. & moving him would upset the locker room too much

Tough cookies. We have $40M on a cap that won't be changing in 3 years. Goodbye to one of them. Don't like it? You shouldn't have signed for every last penny you could have squeezed out. Marner and Matthews particularly. Mathews is making the right amount of the length was 6-7 years. Marner can take a hike.
