ANA also declines. They too are in rebuild mode, they aren't giving up 21 year old players who are just breaking into the NHL, not before at least seeing what they really have there.

Rangers accept. Howden hasn't shown anything promising at the Center position. More than willing to roll the dice with Bracco. I feel like he's just been buried under a talented group of Forwards in Toronto. Even if he just pans out as a bottom 6 player, that production and the 3rd still make it worth it for Howden.

Howden sucks, but Bracco's even worse. No deal from NY.
