No way the hawks do that NYR deal. Huge overpay for us. There isn't going to be a CBO, and even if there was we would use it on seabrook not aquiring marc stall and using it on him. We don't have the cap space to take the marc stall dump, Lias isn't worth much, and georgiev isn't worth anythimg close to sikura, murphy and a 1st

The hawks are trading away the better players and a 1st round pick just to use their CBO on Staal when Seabrook makes way more sense. I doubt we see a flat cap and a CBO, the cap is probably going down if a CBO is needed.
