Wild value is fair. Both players are expendable, have 1 year term left, and might fill the needs of the other.

Ottawa deal is way off. I'm sorry but Murray just isn't that valuable to me. Maybe I'm wrong, but in negotiations GMs are going to bring up to JR that Murray has regressed at such an early point in his career. It's possible he could regain form but it just doesn't seem likely. Therefore this is too much for Murray, IMO.

I have a hard time believing you can convince the penguins to take DuClair.
He was run out of town in CBJ because he was lazy and selfish and Torts and Sully are good friends.

You won't see a good recommendation coming from him.
