Holy hell dude
If we did that Tampa trade I’d be done
#3 overall AND Mittelstadt for Cirelli???
Good young 2way player... yes, of course
But he was on pace for 19goals & 53points last year

If we’re giving all that up,
we’d better (at least) be getting Brayden Point from them

No, Anaheim says Are you crazy? Miller cost you a second and a fifth and his value hasn't improved in the years since. A very early third is all you'll get, and that's pushing it. Troy Terry would cost you Miller +.

If Buffalo wins the lottery they arent trading that pick, dont be dumb. Eichel just wants to compete this year not win the cup. Buffalo has a crap ton of bad contracts coming off the books this summer and should only use that cap space on players they see as important depth pieces moving forward. A massive hole in Buffalo's game is their defensive play, but thats on not having 2-way forwards as much as their LD depth

We talking about the same Troy Terry who’s played parts of a couple seasons (81 games total) and has ONLY 8 goals...???

What on earth makes u think that a mediocre 4th liner is more valuable than a proven NHL RH defenseman???

One guy's going up, the other guy's going down. Prediction: Terry outscores and outplays whoever you put at #3 RW this season.

For just a 3rd I think the Avs would accept and try to flip him somewhere else for more.

Here's how I look at it sure I'm giving a lot, Cirelli is fast and going to be a great player 2 ways my pk was awful last year, my 2nd line center is really a winger last year. I believe a player like Cirelli will make Skinner much better. In this draft the top 2 players are great, the Sabres need to some now that is Cirelli and he ain't going to be cheap Tampa knows how good he is.

I hear you but I believe Cirelli will be a better NHLer than Stutzle, otherwise I do not make this trade.

Since we’re just looking at box scores to make player assessments, Miller has played over 200 more games in his career but only has 15 more goals. So yes the younger cheaper “4th line” RW is worth more than the almost 28 yr old career -13 Dman.

their going to draft a guy who not going to be good, they're not going to be like Jack eichel or Rasmus dahlin

Bruh tampe maybe says yes?

If tampa rejects that they are stupid lololol.

@sabresfan7 honestly dude. Just keep them and take Stutzle or Byfield. and then trade Middlestadt and another prospect to the wings for Mantha or something

You don't mind if we introduce some actual FACTS here, would you? Let's just look at some numbers:

Troy Terry:.......................................................................Casey Mittelstadt:
(81 games) 8-20=28...0.345 ppg....................................(114 games) 17-22=39...0.342 ppg
ppg in Olympics and AHL..............................................25 points in 36 AHL games

Which is not to say by any stretch of the imagination that I think anyone would trade Terry for Mittelstadt even up, or that Terry has a ceiling as high as Mittelstadt, but it does prove that you have no idea what you're talking about when you say Terry isn't worth Miller +

No, it really doesn’t prove anything

A highly rated prospects struggles don’t increase value in a young player who hasn’t produced
That’s nonsensical

And your comparing Terry to Mariner is an utter joke
