You took 3 centres with the top 3 picks are u kidding me? Switch Rossi for Raymond and Lapierre for Schneider/Barron. We dont need more than 1C and Norris, White, Brown, Pinto is enough to cover 2C and 3C

I wouldn't mind modifying a couple picks. Byfield would be a given at 2 and I like Helge Grans so lets keep that one too. I really don't think Jarvis will be available in the 2nd round. Even though Lapierre has good skills and the Sens can afford to take a risk, his 3 concussions are worrisome. A couple more and he I'd be concerned for his future health. It's also easier to get them the more you have. So having said that I'd like to revamp to the 3rd round and tell me what you think. I used draft site as the mock for pick selection. But I definitely think there will be lots of movement as to where players go from the 2nd round on.

2. Byfield
3. Drysdale
21. Amirov - even though he's a lefty, he plays RW. I don't think he'd be available past 20 but he doesn't have any glaring deficiencies. If he's gone, I'd look at either Mavrik Bourque or Jacob Perreault. Both play C and shoot right. Perreault is more of a sniper and Bourque a playmaker. I don't think it would be hard to move them to wing.
33. Helge Grans - I don't think he's lasting much past the top of round 2
46. Justin Sourdif - Great stick handling and skater C/RW
52. Joni Jurmo - Big LHD. Apparently high hockey IQ and good mobility.
53. Kasper Simontaival - Small RW with explosive shot and good passes. 25 goals and over a ppg in finnish junior
64. Jean-Luc Foundy - Reminds me of Formenton when everything need to catch up to how fast he is.
74. Brandon Coe - Needs some work but played on a bad NB Battalion team. If he's not available i'd look at Jack Finley. Yes another big center but one of the youngest players in the class and has room to develop

After this I dunno, flip a coin
I realize I took a lot of right handed wingers but I can't help it if there seems to be a lot of interesting ones this year haha.

I actually didn't pick 3 pivots with the 3 first 3 rounders. I didn't list them in order, sorry for the confusion. Using this site https://draftprospectshockey.com/draftsim/?fbclid=IwAR3MQjNBylgWkmMfLtuR1T409A-Bhls5lHfPzXJvXbpUXSptNA0feVShwcM#/ we ended up picking 2nd and 6th. I picked Byfield at 2nd and Rossi at 6th, because he was the most talented player on the board. (Stutzle, Drysdale and Raymond were gone.) My late first rounder was Jarvis. I guess some people might have taken Holtz or Quinn with the 6th but I think Rossi is the far more talented player and, as a pivot, has far more value. I'm not sold on Logan Brown reaching is ceiling and Colin White is still a question mark too. As stacked as we are with picks and prospects we're dead in the water without a legit 1st line pivot, so yeah, I over stocked the cupboards. Best man wins the spot and if we end up with TOO MUCH talent at centre they're either highly valued trade pieces OR they move to play a wing.

I like your picks just fine. I used the draftprospectshockey.com site (picked 2nd and 6th OA) and simulated the other picks between the Ottawa picks. I couldn't tell you if your selects were on the board or not when the Ottawa picks came around but for sure Drysdale was gone before 6th and Amirov was gone by 21st. I'd prefer Jarvis over Bourque or Perrault; elite feet and hands... he's like Hoffman but with a sane girlfriend (hopefully). But like I said, I'd be happy with your selections too. I was just having fun and putting out a roster with all our picks included.

Absolutely, fun is what this is supposed to be. I'd never be seriously upset about a mock draft. Oohh I didn't know you had 6th...thats sure changes my 2nd pick. If Jarvis is available for the islander pick that would be fine with me too. But like Amirov he might be gone. Hopefully the isles get beat out in the play in lol

I did take Byfield at 2, and Jarvis at 21. But our other first rounder landed 6th in the lottery so I took Rossi cause he was the best player on the board.

I figured I wouldnt run the lottery. I just wanted to focus more on picks 20-75
