Cleaned up your last idea Bowman, thought it was pretty interesting so my interpretation. Mainly, Mitchell is making the lineup so no need for De haan. No need to move shaw's contract. Plugged in Lundell. Minor adjustment to Kubalik and Koekko signings.

Totally unbiased opinion that the Hawks should buyout Toews and Kane so they can sign with the Wild for cheap... But in reality, Wild have too many depth pieces to need Ciaggiula in return and Hartman fits well in our bottom 6. I'd maybe entertain Brodin (with extension) + Hartman+ MIN 2020 2nd for Strome + CHI 2020 1st, but I may be a bad Wild fan to give input because I really don't want to see Brodin leave MN.

Caggs is a better player then Hartman so that's an upgrade for MN.

There's just no way the Hawks would do what you're suggesting. The general consensus for a trade is Brodin (with extension) for Strome and a 3rd round pick. This is a different spin on that idea with Caggs being a plug anywhere in the lineup whereas Hartman is a depth bottom 6 player. They both play similar styles but Caggs is just better.

I keep seeing these Boqvist posts but I don't know if I'm really in love with him as a prospect. Sure he's the brother of our top defensive future but idk, Kurashev is better, Barratt probably fits our bottom 6 more as a gritty and defensive guy with skill. I don't pretend to follow him much but it doesnt look like he's shown a whole lot, sure I'd do Maatta and Sikura for him but I wouldnt downgrade the 2nd to a 3rd

Why does NJ do this? They are rebuilding and can probably find a LHD without giving up a prospect like Boqvist.

That's a pretty solid team overall though. Minnesota and Chicago trading within the division would be unlikely though.

As an also, totally unbiased person, I agree. Just seems logical!
