I'd still be willing to give a lot up for Karlsson. I believe he can rebound with Heddy

His trade value due to that contract is low, but if I were SJ i wouldn't move him anything that isn't close to the package he cost for the Sharks.

Tampa has no cap space though.

I still think he has an amazing value.

With 8-9 months off, he'll come back fresh for next year.

You gotta find a team that can exchange 10m in cap. Not many 10m players around. Then the question about EK is he going to 10m good for the next seven years. I say no. Plus his NMC.
Ducks have 26.5m tied up long term in three aging Dman Vlasic, Burns and Karlsson.

He's going to have the better part of a year to get healthy this offseason. I think he's a huge bounce back candidate. He's going to be the healthiest he's been since like 15-16.

I don't think he returns even close to the haul Ottawa got for him, but I think he's a good buy low candidate for a team with the room.

That'd be a nasty first pair. Is Sergachev too much or does the package start with Cirelli, Gourde and some mix of picks/prospects?

I think moving Sergachev makes more sense, especially if we're getting Karlsson

I think you'll regret moving Sergachev. He's the next Hedman.

I know that one really crummy team looks much like another, but Ducks are where the sun shines, Sharks are where they make wines.
