ONLY thing separating their point totals is that Reinhart gets power-play time and Kapanen doesn't.
Kapanen does kill penalties like a beast though (he also got all his points on Kerfoots line this year - not Eichels line).
The
"Kapanen is a 30-40 point 3rd liner" comments are kind of ridiculous.
He projects to 60-70 points per 82 games on a #1 PP unit (and he would be on Buffalo's).
His stats were even better last year too.

How can Buffalo get 4 (arguably better) forwards with better production to all sign for $5,500,000 or less?
