Florida's current contracts roughly save them 4.5M cap space this upcoming year naturally. I think it is significanly more likely Dadonov comes back on a team friendly deal then signing Toffoli too

So panthers trade 2 good prospects a top 6 dman. Yeah they decline. Other trade is giving up too much also
