Holy **** is that way too much for Cirelli. No way do you move the 7th overall pick for a guy who has only been a 3rd line center.

Love the idea for Cirelli but this is an overpay. Mittelstadt, McCabe and 7th OA for Cirelli and A 2nd

If you are referring to Tampa as the globetrotters, Cirelli played a majority of the year at 2C

Montour didn’t work in Anaheim.

You could trade home somewhere else

Maybe Montreal??

Ducks decline. They traded Montour for a reason and Comtois is going to be a great player.

I saw an offer from a Tampa fan if they cannot extend Cirelli.

Mittelstadt + #7 for Cirelli + #59

Tampa take Rossi/Perfetti in #7

Does anyone in Buffalo know what’s going on in the NHL outside of that crap city?! Cirelli instantly becomes your 2C and your second best forward. The guy is as solid as solid comes.

Not to mention it isn’t an overpayment - this is a classic quantity over quality trade. The only thing of value here is the pick.

Yes I do. Does no one realize why you move up the lineup and don't play shelter minutes you no longer look as good. You realize he can't carry a 2nd line right.

He is a 2nd line C, possibly for many teams a 1st C, He's Very Fast and may be one of the Better 2 way forward in the NHL, that being said he wants to win, so your not going to get him for anything unless you trade for him

He is a first line center on no team, and its yet to be determined if he can even hold a 2nd line.

Go back at look at stats from the sabres after the lockout, that was a team that had 1st/2nd centers on the 3rd line. They were destroying it on the 3rd, not putting up 40 points.

thats disappointing then. 2nd line center with Tampas top 6 should put up a hell of a lot more than 40 some points.

Go watch a game. You sound stupid right now. The guy is one of the best 2 way centers in the NHL.

for many teams, I didn't say buffalo, also he can play Anywhere from the 1st line to the 3rd or 4th line, beside you have Brayden point and Steven Stamkos on that stacked lightning team, the reason why he is classified at the second line Center is because Steven Stamkos was on the left wing with point and kucherov for most of the season

No I don't. Go show me a 1st line center netting only 40 points. He was playing on the top line when stamkos went down. Over hyped and over-rated. Remind me how Cory conchar is doing, or gourde. So many flash in the pans down in Tampa.

go show me anyone that takes Matthew Brazil's Puck while Brazil's was on a Breakaway, also gourde is better than everyone in Buffalo bottom 6 Combined and "Conacher" is now a AHL guy, also Anthony cirelli is 22 and nowhere near his prime
