It’s not going to work with Boston.. Bruins don’t have a lot of quality pieces, and trading Eichel to a division rival is just a horrible idea that won’t happen.

With Eichel being one of the 10 best players in the league how does this work Buffalo gets a middle 6 forward and #4 defenseman?

Just a note to the buffalo fans. This scenario would only ever happen if Eichel demanded a trade which would lower the sabre’s leverage. If that was the situation you would never get what he is actually worth. It would be the same if pasta demanded a trade. In those situations you don’t get back what you deserve.
