Not sure why you want Neal swap maybe if it was Moore to EDM and you keep Grz its makes more sense

From EDM side do you think Moore is good enough to play 18+ mins as low end #4 still?

Absolutely, he did it for the bruins in his first year before Griz came in, and then before Lauzon came in. He is just getting screwed by the bruins insane depth
