That seems like an easy no from Buffalo. Also I think Vegas is in much more need of their 1C than another RW

How does that get you cap space? Reinhart is an RFA and will get a big contract this off-season

Sabres pass but how does this save cap?? Stasny makes 6.5 mil and Reinhart will make ~6.5 mil on his next contract...

How do you figure you're getting cap space here? Reinhart will easily command a similar salary as Paul Stastny probably in the $6.5 million per range and Hague isn't even in the NHL yet. So Vegas isn't saving any money here.

Reinhart will make way more then what you gave him for sure. He probably makes the same as Stastny, so no savings whatsoever.

To get something close for Reinhart you probably need to swap Hague out for Tuch in that deal, and probably lower the first to a second next year.

Pass then.

Plus that also doesn’t save any cap space. No difference on the cap between Glass and Hague since both are technically I the AHL.

First of all, no way. 2nd Reinhart would cost more than Stastny

Lots of interesting feed back.
It appears no one thinks the Knights would say no.
Vegas makes this trade to get younger, shed Stastny’s cap and give them a top line RW.
Buffalo makes this trade to get an interim #2 center to allow Cozens to develop.

I would imagine if Tuch or Glass and second replaced Hague and a first, Adams would make that trade.

Thanks for your input.
