    Bro you are out of your mind with that Nashville trade. I wouldn't take Johansen's contract for a 7th round pick, let alone our first rounder and Risto. Pass the pipe

    I don't understand why so many Buffalo guys are eager to trade that #8 overall pick. You're almost guaranteed to get one of Rossi, Perfetti or Holtz. Adding Johansen and his contract and you're paying $45 million for 6 forwards, one of whom is a fourth liner. That's bad enough, but what about next summer? You've already traded Johansson, so the only significant ticket coming off the books is Smith's relatively paltry $2 million. What are you going to do with that and your $4.5 million surplus when Dahlin and Joliharju ask for raises, especially if Puljujarvi suddenly starts playing like a fourth overall pick?
