with the right linemates maybe he can do it again. Doug is pretty good at getting RFA's to sign discounted contracts for players who had one good year (see labanc) and Georgiev, albeit not my first choice is still an upgrade in net.

With Georgiev I think you're getting a legitimate starter in this league who I would list as "fringe elite." As for Strome, he won't come for much of a discount because I don't think he's looking for a short deal like Labanc since he's already taken a bridge deal and his next free agency would make him a UFA.
