Swap the montreal and Edmonton trades and retain on Bozak then we have two good trades

That is an easy no from Calgary, not 1 player there even remotely resembles a top 20 pick

Jake Allen was having a great year, like 2nd in save% in the NHL and Calgary’s goalie situation is bleak at best, Sanford was on his way to 20 goals before the stoppage and has top 6 potential and Mikkola is a solid defensive defenseman prospect

Flames dont need a middle six left shot winger, a left shooting defense prospect or an inconsistent starting goalie.

We have all of that in spades so we certainly won't giving up a 1st for a package of mediocre pieces that just gum up the depth chart.
