No he doesn’t. He’s still really good in the role he plays. Sure he’s overpaid but if you watch Buffalo games you will see how good his line is with Girgenson and Larsson.

Probably best not to ship out Reinhart to save on the difference between him and Hoffman for next year (Dahlin, McCabe, Jokiharju).

If you retained half they would. He's still good defensively and 3M would be acceptable for a team to accept the contract. 3 years is a lot though.

The Reinhart money was spent on Hall. The Okposo money was spent on 1 year of Hoffman and then will be used on Dahlin and Jokihariju.

He gets 2M max on a 2 year deal if he's a free agent right now. He's been trending downwards every season.

Even by miracle Okposo could be traded, you've capped strapped the Sabres with Hall, gee even potential bonuses carryover don't look for the cap for next year.

Already planned for that. Hoffman, Johansson and Hutton are on expiring contracts. That's 15.75M in additional cap space for next year.
