NY fans keep putting this on here but sharks have two really good Goalies of the future and they need forwards not another goalie who wants to be paid.

Yeah I've seen it a lot on this site so that's why I did it. I thought they were good in goal but I see this proposal everywhere so I included it. For the purpose of this post, though, it really wasn't about who we're trading Georgiev to, moreso the return we're expecting.

Well, San Jose isn't trading the 34th overall pick for Georgiev. In fact, I can't see anyone other than Montreal or Ottawa trading a second-rounder in this draft for a goalie.

Just a bit much for Georg. That second is almost a first

Chicago trade is an overpay if Florida loses the play-in. Florida trade isnt happening because theyre trying to get rid of cap not add

Florida needs LD help not RD help so ADA makes no sense for the Panthers, He'll probably get 5x5.5m and Florida is shedding salary not gaining it. CHI could wind up at #9 if they don't win the LOTTO. So there's no guarantee's jake Sanderson goes that low. Detroit could easily take him at #4 for all we know.

Sorry but thats an overpay for Georgie. Will do the colorado 2nd and a prospect or a 3rd in ‘21. But we need to hold onto 34th or trade it with something else for a top six forward.

That’s a fair return and he’s a good goalie! So I get that!

But I Do wonder if he’s an “all star” goalie! Sharks could use an all star now!!! We do have two kids who arnt quite NHL ready but have “all star” talent and an overpaid Rapidly declining starter who we are stuck with for 4 more years like a bad president no one wants lol (this is not a hate on any specific president so don’t bash on me) what we need is a good short term backup who can start 35-45 games for the next year or two.

I don't know if Georgiev is a star but he's definitely got the potential to become one. All I know is that our current goalie trio needs to end, so I hope we make a trade soon!
