Cole Caufield is playing his Sophomore year at Wisconsin no he's not playing in Montreal, Mike Hoffman isn't signing that garbage contract.Both Colorado and Edmonton decline. And that Barzal offer sheet is easily match.

I thought the ridiculous Price trades to COL had ended. But for the new guys sake COL says no for the following reasons.
1. Price’s contract is toxic
2. The last 3 yrs Grubauer has a better win %, save % and has won 5 more playoff games.
3. COL isn’t giving up TWO of the top 10 prospects in the NHL for anybody not named McDavid
4. COL isn’t going to put themselves into instant cap hell
5. COL is already top 5 in GA’s in the league and pays their goal tending tandem half what Price makes
6. It’s just ridiculous
