honestly I see Detroit drafting Drysdale cause Yzerman in a year could have a deadly right side with Drysdale, Sieder, and Hronek. Yzerman is a solid drafter so he can pick up some steals with later picks

Imo they should draft Drysdale. Would give them some insane D depth.

Also DeKeyser isn't going anywhere.

i know right with 2-way seider, 2-way drysdale, and offensive Hronek on their right side in 2 years they could have one of the best upcoming dcores in the NHL

Certainly.

Also at least one of them can be a major trade piece in a few years.

I see Hronek potentially going as Lindström could become the third pairing. A team like the leafs would pay well for Hronek and this works for Detroit as if they can get some picks and Kapanan Detroit would get some solid forwards for one of their quality RHD

I personally see that a deal mainly involving Hronek and Sergachev could work for both participants. DET needs a LHD, TB a cost-controlled RHD. TB would have to add a bit, but not much.

Honestly they should trade back and draft Sanderson. They can get another good late 1st possibly and
Sanderson-Hronek
McIsaac-Seider
Cholowski-Lindstrom would be nice

Very much disagree with the others here, drafting Drysdale would be a huge wasted opportunity to grab a center for the Wings, they already have a good nucleus of solid young dmen and many UFA dmen that could be added this offseason so why waste a 4th overall pick on yet another dman.

When you look at the Wings center prospects there's Rasmussen and Veleno, neither are guarantees at this point, using the 4th overall pick on Stutzle, Rossi or Perfetti would be a WAY better use of their pick.

Really hope Yzerman passes on Drysdale.

I agree I don’t see it. I think Drysdale goes 5 to Ottawa or 6 to Anaheim

If and only if Stutzle is available at 4th, then Yzerman should definitely take him.

Though I believe Stutzle will go 2nd to LA.

I think Raymond is the right pick, Wings need to spread out talent more than stocking up at RD. One of those RD is going to play bottom pair minutes unless they can learn to play on their off side effectively. It's just not worth it given the need for talent elsewhere.

And replace Raty with Kent Johnson

So with one of those 3 which one is going to be happy in the 3rd pair?

laugh Sure so Krug ask for more to come home to Detroit but take less in Boston, Yeah not happening it was already reported that he'd sign similar deals with both Boston and Detroit and ask for more elsewhere.

A deal for a Hronek is not going to have Kapanen as the base...

Only way you can say that is if your immediate family member or his agent otherwise that’s speculation.
