Gonna get a lot of hate saying this, but it's not better overall. Koivula needs a lot of fundamental work before you can even consider him a mid-6 forward. Trotz likes to utilize all 4 lines equally and that 3rd line is a problem.

I think he is saying that the Isles shouldve picked Tomasino instead of Holmstrom, as they took Holmstrom exactly 1 pick before, not that this is a trade that they expect to happen

Fair enough. I haven’t hated Brassard. Send Otto down and throw another $1.5 MM at him or someone similar.

I recognize signing Panarin comes at the expense of bottom-6 depth, that’s kinda the point. I’d take this over reality though — get an MVP candidate for nothing but cash. I didn’t want it then, but I’d take it in a heartbeat now

Think you can get overall collective production with a cheaper Wahlstrom, Bellows, and Dobson.
