I would rather have McCabe than Leddy. Leta lone give up a decent asset in the deal. McCabe is cheaper and better defensively. We don't need to add another defenseman that really struggles in his own end. Other two trades look solid

No on that Jackets trade. We already have a lot of offense coming from our blueline; Savard is one of the few stalwarts, so moving him for Montour is not of interest. And we're not up for a Andy-for-Mittelstadt swap - Andy's had a horror year, true, but at least he's had good ones before this.
