Hall gets more AAV if he signs for 3 years than if he signs for 7 years.

3 years is probably 10M

7 years is probably 8.5M

Some of these are bad.. Green 800K, Ennis 1.5M max, Soderberg and Haula 3M. That’s my opinion on how those contracts will look like.

Yeah my bad I went a little high on Haula now that I look at it. I would say anything between 3-3.5 is realistic for him, Ennis was pretty good this year, I could see him getting a raise, for Mike green your probably right definitly in the 1M range

Most of these I would say are pretty realistic. You could also be right about Ennis who knows.

some of these seem awfully low to me.
Namestnikov isn't going to make 2.5 he'll be in the 3-4 range if not higher. Hell he already makes 4 mil per, which is a bit high but he's a 20 goal scorer who average out to be like 3+.
TVR is probably in the 2.25 to 2.5 range is my guess.
Dillon makes 4+
Fast probably makes 2+,, Grant had a very good year he makes more, Gudas all make more.

I know the cap will be tight for some teams, but not all. Some guys are gonna get good deals on guys but they will still make a decent buck.

TVR didn't play well enough to warrant that money in my eyes. I have Namestnikov at 3 mil right now, Dillon at 4.25, Fast at 2.75, Grant at 2, and Gudas at three. I would say some of those guys could possibly get more but some of them have just had 1 real solid year this year, and if a team is smart they are not going to overpay by a ton just for that.

Is there even enough cap space league-wide for all these contracts?

the problem with that is there is such an huge need at defense. There are so many teams that need defense every year. Hell last year the penguins were able to get a return for Maatta and Gudbranson because of the huge need. There are probable 10 teams in the league with a need at RD and maybe 5-6 guys to fill it.

I doubt it, I would say probably half of the free agents this year won't make market value due to everything that is going on, this is just more the players market value give or take in my opinon, even though I realized I messed up on a few like Haula and Green lol

Haula signing might actually be higher than 4M because he's the best C in UFA

Maybe, I think it will be about 3M though. I think if someone gives him more than 3.5M in a few years they will be regretting it. Just like I don’t think Pageau signing I think the Isles will regret that 6 year contract.

Yeah, I think GM's will sign their RFA's first and there won't be a whole lot left for the UFA's. A smart GM waits until the second week of free agency and picks up a few wicked deals.

Don't forget the cap is going to remain at $81.5M for 2021-22 and there will be another crop of UFA's next summer too. Buyers market, IMO.
