Pretty sure Tampa has the best depth in the league and we will find out this summer how good their GM is

Boston, Tampa, Washington, Toronto, Pittsburgh, Philly (when healthy), All come to mind in the east.

St Louis, Vegas, Avs all come to mind in the west

They don't have a lot of depth up front yet.

Some of those teams are going to see a drop off rather quick. Bergeron and Krejci won't keep defying age.

Toronto does not come too mind as a team with great depth. It's ok I guess. Our strength is in the stars.

I mean if your lines in the playoffs are... I presume...

Johnsson-Matthews-Nylander
Hyman-Tavares-Marner
Robertson-Kerfoot-Kap
Miyklaev-GOAT-Spezza

Plus Clifford who I’m sure will get some games.

That’s a really deep team

Ok ya. I guess I'm looking at the cap hit more. This offseason it will be hard too keep the depth together.

I agree. A combo of Kap/Johnsson/Kerfoot will be gone. I’m just mentioning this playoff run. Toronto can roll 4 lines better than most teams

Ya, I see what you mean. Guys like Clifford and Spezza are really good 4th liners. Kap, Kerfoot and Johnsson are very good 3rd liners. And the top 6 is unreal. Hopefully the big four can really ignite a bit. That might be enough to push us far in the playoffs. By the way, Johnsson isn't likely to play in the playoffs. Replace him with Soup, and add Clifford on line 4.

And they will be able to again next year. They have a lot of guys capable of filling in if they move Johnsson or Kerfoot.

What are you talking about their 3rd line it's got guys who would play 2nf line on a lot of teams. And their 4th line is really good too.

I agree with that Actually. I think its likely they keep the lineups the way it was minus Clifford, Ceci, and Barrie, and plus Barbanov and Lehtonen.
