Description

This is what I predict the CBJ will put out as a starting roster against the Leafs, all other things equal. Anyone could outplay anyone else with an unprecedented training camp like this. It was hard leaving Foudy and Robinson off this board but I think they'll go with the NHL playoff experience.

Robinson has about as much playoff experience as Bremstrom Gerbe and Stenlund..... (Gerbe might have a bit more with buffalo but it’s also buffalo so I doubt he’s played much in playoffs.) Robinson will play as he was one of the best possession players Columbus has this year. He had a corsi% of 53 and Bjorkstrand was the only one close to him.

As for the other lines, I’d switch Bremstrom and Stenlund and play Texier on the 2nd line vs Jenner (tbh I’d rather play Wennberg at 2nd line center as a one last chance for him type thing.

Good points. I was wavering on Stenlund and Bemstrom being swapped, but let's be honest, Torts will make sure none of our predictions matter (for more than one period) -lol.

And I wish Wennberg could hold down a top 6 Center position, but jeez, how many chances does he get? I'm personally a fan of the grinding Jenner/Dubi style, especially for playoff hockey.

I did not know that. So, I imagine 23 can still 'dress' and then the additional ≤ 9 players would be considered scratches?

Because the AHL is canceled completely, so all minor leaguers are available.
