Description
Obviously no one can fully predict what might happen in an NHL offseason but I feel like these trades/ signing are pretty likely. No necessarily these trades to an exact point but possibly adding another top 6 forward, maybe a 3rd pairing defenseman and looking to move a goalie and Bjugstad.

Drop the pick going to Minnesota. Bjugstad for Pateryn 1 for 1 makes a lot of sense for both team's situations.

If Pens really want to do the Bjugstad trade then I don't see GMBG passing on it.

My thought is we should stop with the Matt Murray trades to CHI. It doesn't make sense for the Hawks to acquire Murray.

Yeah it just seems fair both sides to me

Figured Chicago could let a to-be-overpaid older goalie in Crawford walk and bring in a younger 2 time cup champ to replace him. Bringing Saad to Pittsburgh just seems like a good fit. I’d be willing to add a bit as well

Like I said in the description. The trades are set in stone just the idea of the trade seems likely to me in the Penguins adding a top six forward. Saad was just the first to come to my mind and he’d fit well in Pittsburgh... I think

Crow will sign for less than Murray. A court will have at least part of a say in Murray's next contract.

The penguins most likely aren't trading a goalie this year. End of next year, yest.
If they do move a goalie, it's DeSmith.

And the penguins don't want Saad.
If they do trade Murray it's to open up cap space or bring in a younger better player than Rental Saad.

Pens don't have the assets to get Saad that the hawks would be interested in. We probably don't want just picks unless its at the TDL and we are out of it. Plus none of your players that you would be willing to give up don't interest Chicago. Murray, Simon, Ashton-reece, etc. Hawks don't want them

I'm not so sure this is true. Poulin at 6'2" 216lbs...77 points in 46 games. Sure I know The Q is the most inflated point total, but still. That isn't bad at all for a 19 year old kid. PIT wouldn't make this trade, but that would be an asset I'd be willing to trade Saad for.

Thats my point. There's nothing that they're willing to give up that we are also interested in
