I would have Pionk over Soucy for at least a year as he gets used to more ice time from what he got in Minny

These D pairings are a mess, Demelo should be top pairing RHD with Morrissey, Samberg or Soucy should be 2nd pair with Pionk and the other should be 3rd pair with Poolman, Stanley should be the #7 guy or down with the Moose, that Soucy contract seems like a bit much to me as well but I don't know much about him so maybe it's accurate idk.

Fair enough. But over all it gives them options. Soucy played both sides in minni. He could slide down with poolman on the 3rd pairing if stanley isn't ready. Heinola may out show stanley as well and he's down in the A. Was looking for some size on each pairing. Soucy 6' 5" Samberg 6' 5" Stanley 6' 7".

If he's ready foot speed wise, stanley demelo would be a good shut down pairing.
