Congrats, you just gave Toronto a PP1 of Matthews, Tavares, Marner, Laine and Rielly.

I love Nylander, but I'm taking that deal

That’s a hard and fast no from Columbus.... Little for Wennberg maybe, but that’s about the only thing that’s close.

Laine is better then Nylander, You offer sheet Cirelli and then deal Laine. Yeah like that makes a whole lot of sense here.

How the hell is this improving? They’re literally getting worse. Laine is better then Nylander. Very obviously a leafs fan. If they trade Laine it’s gonna be for someone better then William nylander😂

never said nylander was better but explain how its not close? hes improved his laziness this year but still does very little without the puck, both willy and laine improved 2 way this year and had very simlar years which is why i say hes not better by that much, hate laine cause hes a diva, cries about his linemates, and when 1 and 2 are compared and make it a contest then you root for your guy, amount of times i had to see laine was better than matthews, now that is not a close comparison, laine would probably drop to 5 or 6 if that draft was redone today

well im obviously a jets fan.. my take on Laine is this, he has shown he has all the tools
he has one of the best shots in the NHL, hes a underrated playmaker (stated multiple times), can move pretty quick by taking huge strides so speed isnt an issue, can dangle the puck well
aka he has everything u want in a elite winger, im betting on his potential. when he puts everything above in a complete package u really have game changer (and he gotta lay off fortnite) :/

AND he needs a center.. playing consistently with 3rd line c's doesn't work, looking at the best wingers in the NHL everybody has a good center to play with

Tkachuk is the only one ill rather have right now but in the long run Laine
Nylander doesnt even come close has a 2 year head start and Laine's ceiling is way higher

yeah thats what it is i think im cool, tkachuk has put up similar offensive numbers and his better 2 way and grittier, macavoy is one of the best if not the best d man on boston already, a number one dman holds alot more value than a winger, ( i hate mcavoy btw) dubois puts up respectable offensive numbers and is a good 2 way center. and carter hart is a stud goalie already at 21, not trying to troll at all, trolling would be what @MitchMarnerElite does with marner, maybe your just salty about it cause at this moment in time its true, none of those guys are goal scorers like laine, the pure goal scoring is what would have seperated laine from the pack, although his game away from the puck has improved from last year, hes the worst 2 way of all those guys

only argument youve used is that im biased

you can bet on potential for sure, i wont argue that laine's ceiling is higher, mr argument is that at this current time, theres really nothing that substantial to say that its not close, i never even said nylander was better once, failed to mention anything about d tho which would be a part of a perfect package

How has that been my only argument you don’t even watch laine play one of the best shots in the league one of the best pure goal scorers also added the playmaking development to his game dzone has improved so much still needs work but not close to a liability anymore and still has way more potential give him a actually C and keep him with ehlers and look out but as of rn for a re draft I’d take tkachuk over him maybe but laine ceiling still way higher.
