Is there a reasoning behind your continual 2C choices that I’d say could fairly be categorized as questionable??

Crazy to give up on Thompson already.

Krueger has said that he sees Kahun as a center. It would be risky.

I agree, he was really good in the preseason should have made the lineup over Sobotka. Not many players have his size.

Probably because I dont think good teams are going to give up legit top 6 centers for an 8th OA

Kahun seems to have not played a single game in center in the NHL, so it would be better to find the center, even if it is 3C, but will be poor 2C, it was more reliable than such an experiment.

That’s understandable
But we’ve just gotta figure out a way to do better imo

Seems like u just keep posting variations of worst case scenarios

If he does, then I’d assume at 3C
Having Kahun at 2C seems like a pretty big risk to me

I've openly been critical of Thompson and a huge proponent of Wood

He has some experience but thats also why I am insulating him.

I mean that this is not a reason to trade Thompson for the fourth liner, maybe we can get it cheaper? Also, there is no reason to trade Risto for Wood, nevertheless, with all the disadvantages of Risto, its value should be higher than Wood or just save him in team if Krueger is so high on Risto.

I have Wood on the 1st line, and I dont see Thompson being anything but a 4th liner

The fact that you have Wood on the first line does not mean that it should cost as the first liner. Then it would probably be to trade Thompson in some kind of package or for another prospect,

I don't mind Wood as a player. But he is not worth Risto. He is a slightly more skilled version of Girgensons. He does not have the skill and creativity top play on a top line. He is fine for a bottom six role to play physical and go hard to the net, but if you are asking more than that of him it is going to go badly.

I’m more than ok trading him
