What is your opinion about Ben Hutton, can he be a solid defender of the second pair and what money and term will he probably look for?

Definitely a really solid 3rd pair guy capable of filling in on the top 4. I'd estimate he'll get 2.5M Max.

Just doesn’t make sense for the Habs to make that move Kopitar is still a good player but the Habs aren’t close enough to being a contender to take on an aging Kopitar. Those two pieces are more important to their future than to try and rush things and Kopitar isn’t carrying them to the cup.
