We aren’t trading picks for another 3rd pairing LHD. We have enough as is.

I would pass. IMO, Nill should use Faksa to improve the offense of the team and not go fetch yet another defensive forward. We have plenty of those right now.

Like I did in another scenario, I would use Faksa to get Pool Party.

Dallas accepts. Faksa is really only worth a 2nd round pick anyway. Adding in True is just a little sweetener for the Stars.

Given how few 2nd round picks Dallas has had lately, the chance to add one instead of trading them away is appealing

- Way too much money for Faksa
- Give NYR our 2020 2nd or they laugh and hang up.
- Meloche is not NHL ready (I don’t think he’ll ever be but I digress)
- Maybe don’t rush Pasichnuk and Chmelevski into the NHL before they’re ready
