there was an article that came out that owners are dead set on compliance buyouts. its isnt happening, people need to stop including them.

I just got scolded for using a Cap buy out too the other day, lol
But its true, there will not be one & it sucks w/ 2 more top yrs for 87 & 71 left... and now the cap is flat.... Bunch of BS

I didn't hear about it. Oh well, if they are scolding someone over it then that chances are they aren't right about much and have to take their opportunities when they come.
