No but it’s gotta be an asset. They’re taking a cap dump and getting a worse 7th rounder haha. Seems foolish

I am not a fan of that Tampa trade at all. I would rather offer sheet serg. You can trade those players and use the assets gained to just about cover the cost. And not gain a terrible cap hit Gourde in the process.

I would prefer Palat over gourde because he has less term. Sergachev should not get that much money eigther unless it's an offer sheet I guess. I think his deal will be closer to 5x6

Would have to be a mid round pick 4th or a B prospect, otherwise Chicago will.just have to buy him out. Buyout is the most likely result
