Description

Dreaming of the 1st pick and a Tampa Bay team that is going to be strapped for cap space. Also hoping that the new CBA has an amnesty buyout that Chicago can use on Seabrook. A few trades that are essentially cap dumps and giving up picks. Crawford would substitute for one of the signed goalies but only if he was at the same price. Need to spend money elsewhere.
Saad Shaw and Keith contracts will expire to allow the new core (in this case Sergachev, Dach, Lafrenere) to be resigned.

In all reality Chicago will be in difficult times making another cup run. Hopefully Toews, Kane, Keith stick around on some very team friendly deals. Pay cuts are kind of rare though, hopefully they take 6ish each to stay around.

On another note, I like how he mentions Tampa's cap problems but then proceeds to trade them Maatta and Strome for Sergachev as if they alone wont cost more to keep than Serg

I would say Kane probably stays at 8 or 9 M, Toews probably goes down to 6 or 7, Keith probably goes down to 4, all of those vary of course depending on the term they get.

Also... Cirelli. If they trade Sergachev its gonna be to make room for Cirelli, not get another C.
