Description

Markstrom contract similar to Raanta and Keumper contracts.
Tanev contract similar to Muzzin contract.
Bridge deals for Virtanen and Gaudette.
Toffoli trade similar to Kevin Hayes trade last year.
Stecher trade can be done for less, just want to get something for him.
Pearson trade doesn't have to be to Colorado or for a 3rd I'd take less for him.
Baertschi only has a year left so I don't think it would take much to get rid of him.
Didn't bother with minors.

Pearson is not getting traded unless Laffy comes to Vancouver and tears **** up. Even then, that’s going to be unlikely.

Trade is meant to be like the Hayes one, so they get the first chance at him. Could even put a condition on it that if he doesn't sign they'd get the pick back.

Sorry to tell you this, but Buffalo is not an attractive market to play in. There is no way Toffoli would decide to sign in Buffalo when there are other promising markets waiting for him. The best way in acquiring him is through a trade via losing the pick.
