Toronto would want Konecny. Don't think it would be worth giving up what Marner would cost to add him. Flyers are fine where they are at right now.

Another joke Marner trade from @MitchMarnerElite who is really a Penguins fan and is totally jealous of Marner and the Leafs. Very sad that he continues to post an anti-Marner post everyday on a young player who is everything right with being a professional hockey player and is a tremendous role model to all fans and especially kids and does a lot of good things for less fortunate people in this world.

Yes, I think Farabee is going to be a very good top 6 forward. He's fast, shifty & works hard. Could turn out to be a great all-round player.

Marner starts with Provorov. Whether flyers do that or not, I don't really care, but that's the asking price

Marners a great player but paying the required cost doesn’t make sense to me. We need Sanheim and Myers badly. Farabee is going to be a good player....no interest in moving him. Picks are picks and we draft well overall.


To the poster who said Niskanen was a 2nd pair defender. He spent the year glued to Provorovs hip on......wait for it......our top pairing. Played extremely well in that role.

Yeah, Niskanen was really solid for us this year.

If Marner was making 9 Million, I think Philadelphia would be more willing to do it. But most certainly not at 10.893 Million.

I can understand that it might not be in Philadelphia’s best interest to move for Marner since they already have Hayes, JVR & Voracek locked up to big money long term, plus they need to resign Couturier & Giroud as well. So adding another expensive forward isn’t ideal.
