Not that this trade would ever happen, but I think if VAN were to acquire a solid LHD like Nurse then Hughes could probably play his off-side quite easily. He’s comfortable all over the ice and plays a rover style anyway.

Not sure if Nurse is the guy though. Juolevi is in the pipeline and I feel they would rather give him a go as opposed to continue to clog up the LD side up more since I feel Edler will come back and play for very cheap since he already squashed a few potential trades that Could've set Vancouver up nice. He owes us one.
