Love it. Get it done.

Oilers fans won’t like it.

I feel like Boqvist is more likely to have a legitimate future in the NHL, no thanks.

Based on what? Puljujarvi is only five months older and has more NHL and AHL experience, more NHL and AHL points, better NHL and AHL ppg, had a better year in Europe last year and has a better draft pedigree... notwithstanding all of that, i would love to hear how you come to that conclusion.

Problem is Puljujarvi plays like sh*t if his line mate isnt McDavid.

Cool it hot shot. Has nothing to do with points, Boqvist plays a more refined game. Better positionally, reads the ice better, less of a liability in his own zone, better puck skills. Pulju is just a big dude that's fast in a straight line, he has a weird stride and sloppy hands. Just seems to me like the type of guy that will have great success in Europe and can't hack it in NA, it's an opinion. Shero said that everyone wanted to acquire Boqvist before the season, a weak rookie year doesn't change anything for me. Nobody in NJ had a good season.

I think at surface level Puljujarvi has more value, but I would rather have Boqvist at this point just due to temperament. Boqvist got bottom 6 minutes ( on a bad team) and got reassigned to the AHL but I didn't hear/ see anything about him being unhappy or refusing to report and going to Europe. Now Puljujarvi might have changed by now but he seems more like a boom or bust cadndiate; while Boqvist and Mcleod don't have as high as of ceiling their floor is a lot higher.
