How did Lindell get that contract ? Also I rarely see his name, but I guess Stars fans don't post on this site, hardly ever see any Stars ACGM.

Remember Timashov (going back to last year, I predicted he'll make the team, others laughed at me) ? he only made the Leafs team out of training camp because the Leafs knew he had to clear waivers to go back to the AHL.

Well that's Bracco's situation too now, if the Leafs resign him it'll be on an one way pro contract and if he fails to make the Leafs than they lose him for nothing on the waiver list down to the AHL.

I'm guilty of a few of them, but at least they aren't just throwing him away for nothing of value. He gets shopped around enough to make this- that guy alone puts him up for trade enough on here for him to get a spot

Lindell is quite a bit better than people think. His offensive numbers aren't great but he's actually pretty good on the back end. Yes he is over paid by $1m but it's worth it to have a solid top 4 D who can play in all situations.
