You'd rather have Domi than probably Rossi?

yes. Rossi goes before Raymond anyway. If Sanderson goes high, its going to be between Raymond and Holtz. I'll take Domi for 8 years instead.

1 - Alexis Lafrenière
2 Los Angeles - Tim Stützle
3 Ottawa Quinton Byfield
4 Detroit - Cole Perfetti
5 Ottawa - Jamie Drysdale
6 Anaheim - Marco Rossi
7 New Jersey - Alexander Holtz/Lucas Raymond/Jake Sanderson
8 MTL - Alexander Holtz/Lucas Raymond/Jake Sanderson

Anton Lundell though he’s going to be a great center. They need to keep this years pick.

I'm not high on Lundell, and dont think hes a top 10 pick anyway, just because he's the next highest rated center. I'd take Jack Quinn over all of them and he's also risky

I don't know when the "Domi for BUF 1st" became "Domi and a 2nd (around 40 overall) for BUF 1st", but that's a deal breaker.

that would be a great player too. I'd rather have him than Domi.

I think Raymond will decide who goes where I think. Some have him very high, some not so much. I think New Jersey will pick Sanderson, as they have no got D on their roster at the moment, but are actually solid at centre and not that bad on the wing (not great either)

Buffalo is getting fleeced in 8th overall for Domi. Look at the JT Miller trade from last year, Miller and Domi had the exact same PPG and he was traded for the first pick the following year. Plus Domi is an RFA too.

Lundell is actually a good two way centre, and has already two professional seasons under his belt. And also played decent at the WJC.

Buf gets an NHL player, MTL gets a player that might play in the NHL one day, or not. You need to add.

Sabres fans are greedy AF.

I can read elite prospects too. Pro in the Finnish league may as well be pro in the ECHL.

Glad you found one dude. I saw a guy getting McDavid for free once.

Still, 8 overall gets you Cory Schneider. Not much more.

You argue like NJD traded for the current Schneider.
Corey Schneider was traded with a 2.11 GAA 0.927 SV%
then was fantastic for NJD 13-14 1.97GAA 0.921% - 14-15 2.25GAA 0.925% - 15-16 2.15GAA 0.924%
So thats a horrible argument, he was worth more than Domi when NJD traded for him

Not only is your logic flawed, you are missing the point: RFAs goalies with good numbers don't have hi trade value, thus proving that a 8OA doesn't haver a lot of value neither....

Just have a read:

Thats why at least 3 Goalies have been traded for 1sts in the last 7 years? Thats also a cool chart but proves that 8oa on average is still pretty valuable. The whole article talks about how valuable picks are, and I may have missed it but it says nothing about the value of RFA goalies and is backing my logic

*sight*

The whole point of the analysis is how picks value drop after the top 3. Also, picks 5 to 15 having similar value, being 2 late 1st round/early second round picks.

It's like talking to a rock. Welcome to the ignore list.

Thing about charts they only consider averages, it differs from draft to draft. This years top 10 is projected to be significantly better than previous years. That article was also written 5 years ago. Ignoring people because you cant make an intelligent argument nor back up your opinion, sound familiar. ❄️❄️❄️
