If krug dont want less than 7m

Krug is gonna get offer 8m somewhere, but the bruins can’t pay him that much, my max is a 7x7

Gustafson take that deal because I don’t think anybody will give a good contract and long, one year can help him to gain value to get a better contract

Killorn, yes we help the bolts but the we get a really better player, who is french, and could really bring physicality and leadership, Ritchie is heavy but really not fast

That Helm deal, help Detroit save a bit of money

No contending team should be taking cap dump, you'd be better off spending that money somewhere else

Detroit is in one of the best salary cap situations in the league. We're looking at taking on cap dumps, not paying to get out of them. Also, if we hold on to Helm until the TDL, we could probably trade him with 50% retained for maybe a 4th round pick.

Helm has 1 year left on his contract Detroit isn't going to pay some one to take it. Now Helm for Moore straight up I'd do.

Well, you go with the assumption that he gets bonuses like in his past one-year deals. He will probably get an AAV of $1,25M-$2M.

I could see them kicking the tires on a guy like Gustafson if krug left. 1 year 4 million wouldn't be a bad idea. They have in house options but if ths cap dollars were there.

There is a bunch not great about this.
To start: Moore isnt worth a 4th, bruins arent taking on a cap dump, Would rather Rtichie than Killorn,
Dont want a 4 million dollar dman.

Rather just slide Grz to the 2md pairing or let Vaak take the spot. Use the money to upgrade the forward group
