They probably don't say no. They probably ended the call at Sam.

Except a very good argument that I make here is that SR is as good as Boeser... their numbers are VERY similar

Vancouver says no. Reinhart is boosted by Eichel.

I do, Sam > Boeser. Better impact and no injury concerns.

Reinhart had similar production away from Eichel, so no.

I think what you really mean is "who is the better player?" Because the point of moving Boeser is so vancouver can get cap room to sign other players, so they aren't going to trade for Reinhart who will cost more. They say no and I also believe Buffalo says no because of their situation.

Are we talking about goals or points? Cause this graph says he gets the same number of goals but more points with Eichel.

I thought we were talking about production overall not just goals.

That's what the graphs literally show. His production w/o Eichel is similar to his production with Eichel.

Some people I don't think understand numbers. Sure his points per 60 are higher when he plays with Eichel as they should be but the charts clearly show he produces away from him also. I don't know the answer to this but I would bet that Boeser has more points per 60 playing with Petterson than he does with Jay Beagle as he should. I do know that Draisaitl has more points per 60 playing with McDavid then he does without. Does that mean that Draisatl cannot produce without McDavid of course not.

Van says no. I can see buffalo willing to do a mostly side ways trade just to shake it up but van has no reason to do that. I’d consider the players too equal for van to bother with.

Sure he does but he still puts up good numbers away from him. Not to mention Reinhart is good defensively and has very high IQ. Boeser is a pretty one dimensional player imo, all offense and nothing else

Both, as a Buffalo fan, I see no reason to trade Reinhart for Boeser, Sam is at least not injured. Vancouver also has no sense to do this.

The only reason Vancouver would entertain moving Boeser is for cap purposes. This trade doesn't help their cap situation at all, so for sure Vancouver says no.

Try trading #8 for Boeser instead.

This is completely normal, of course. But while Draisaitl scored less without McDavid, so did McDavid without Draisaitl.

McDavid without Draisaitl: 2.74 P/60
Draisaitl without McDavid: 2.75 P/60

The team is far better off with them centering their own lines.

Of course it is only logical that players perform their best when surrounded with the best talent possible
