Yeah I'm looking for a different player to offer for Risto. Obv this is a no go.

What about someone garbage like Nielson or Abdelkader but like 40% retained.

Hronwk had a worse +/- but was also on a historically bad team. If Risto was on this team his +/- would have been worse as he would have to be the #1, which he is not.

Hronek is younger and cheaper with signs he could even be bettwr

I think it depends on who answers the phone I don't think anyone in Detroit would make this trade but a season ago it would've have been fairly close still don't think Detroit agrees. Maybe a little laughter after I politely hang up the phone.

I dont know if numbers go high enough to calculate what Risto's minus would be on this years Detroit team. It would be pretty astronomical.

Hronek is a solid 2 way player that still scored a good amount of points on a team that had a horrible season. Risto is older, didn't score too much points and is an offensive defensive man that has questionable defensive nights.

On a fantasy perspective, where you only have goals, assist and no +/- ; plus the salary cap to juggle with, Would you go with Hronek or Risto? I'm leaning more on Hronek...but Detroit is terrible......

Yeah, considering that Detroit next year isn’t going to be much better, and without plus minus, it’d be a close call

Ill give the winning edge to Hronek simply because he's younger and his salary is 5 time less than Risto
