Eichel is better than pasta, Krug is a UFA, and Krejci is old has one year left. I think Buffalo declines.

You think the Buffalo Sabres decline that? Whatever you’re taking, i want some.

Edit: in my head i thought the picks were going in the other direction. My bad.

laugh :laugh What a joke of an offer, Pastrnak is the only good piece. Krejci is a aging players who probably wouldn't even waive for Buffalp. Krug is a pending UFA fat chance he leaves Boston for Buffalo. What a joke of an offer your picks are on the wrong side.

The earliest Jack would ever be wearing a Bruins sweater is the 26 - 27 season. If they Sabres continue to be a train wreck for the next two years and he requests a trade the Sabres would only entertain moving him out West and especially not in the division.

What if Krug was signed for 7 at $7,000,000
I sort of viewed the picks and Okposo for Kreji, then he could be flipped at the TDL for a first?
Then Eichel for Pasta and Krug.
Tell me more if you can.

Pasta is not going anywhere. Sweeney would be grabbed out of his office and thrown into the Bay!

If Krug were willing to sign with Buffalo for 7 years $49 million he'd just stay with Boston. All reports are Krug wants 6 years at around $49 million or so or around $8.1 million per. Krug isn't leaving Boston for buffalo he'll come home to Detroit before he even thinks about Buffalo.

I meant Boston signed then traded him.
TBH, when I see some of these comments they mean nothing other than they do not like the trade.
From what vantage point do they not like the trade?

First off your trade here makes absolutely no sense here for Buffalo, What's with all the picks going to Boston? Krecji is a aging winger on a 1 year deal Buffalo has no need for him doubt he'd even waive. Pastrnak isn't getting moved and Krug is a pending UFA in a few months. Name me one reason why Boston doesn't keep Krug if he were signed for 7x7? Your whole trade here on Eichel is a joke the picks would be going to Buffalo not Boston since when are you getting high picks for Krejci and Krug. Buffalo would easily decline this joke of an offer.

Krug as UFA is going to get a NTC in a his contract...not going to Buffalo. Even Krejci is protected from going to Buffalo. Sorry, it's a ridiculously bad trade for the Sabres, Eichel and all those picks for Pasternak.

If krug was willing to sign with Buffalo, the Sabres would just wait for free agency and keep eichel. The trade doesn’t make sense because you don’t give up a bunch of futures and a top 5 center and a cap dump for pasta, Krejci and krug. Even if krug was under contract next year I think buffalo still says no to this.

Still. a HARD no

Plus if that were the case, the Sabres would just sign him

Pasta and Krejci
and bruins are taking on Okposos deal

so you missed that

In saying that, the trade stinks for both teams so yeah

Yes it is. Sabres trade their franchise player and an entire draft class for Pasta?

People keep forgetting that Krejci is a good player, Krug is part of the deal (even though the deal itself is dumb because that would never happen), and the Bruins take in Okposos contract

You are leaving out crucial details lol

Its a dumb deal for all parties involved (teams and players), but if it somehow were to happen, it would not be "trash" at all
