Raanta wont be that cheap to acquire. I'd take out the condition in the Jarry trade. I'd also take out the 4th in the georgiev trade too.

Besides that I think the values are fine. Crawford was good this season so if he comes back then you really only need a backup or timeshare at most.

The condition on the PIT pick is too generous. It should only upgrade to a first if we make the WCF if at all.

Don't want Dubnyk or Raanta.

STL should be upgrading our asset for taking on Allen, another option I'm not fond of.

I see the 5 options above. Let's not forget about the UFAs like Crow, Lehner, Greiss, Talbot, Holtby (reportedly staying in WAS), Markstrom that I'd prefer over any of these options. So to me...these aren't options 1-5, they're options 7-11. BUT out of options 7-11 I'd choose in this order....AZ, NYR, PIT (without any option of a 1st...otherwise this is last), MIN, STL. Jake Allen stinks.

allen was good last year and only has 1 year left on this deal. He had a .929 save %

Allen was good last year. If we could fit it under the cap he would be a good 1A 1B with Crow

My man, he's 30 and has had ONE SINGLE good season...and it was a backup role. He's not a starter. Period. And we don't have the cap for a real starter with his cap hit.

PIT, NYR, MIN all decline. They can all get more than what you’re suggesting

Playing in St. Louis though the quality of shots he was facing was way lower than league average. Sounds like another Cam Ward situation.

NYR decline.

What do you think they'll get for him??? Won't he be in the AHL next year? Or do you think Hank retires?

Markstrom is who I want if we're moving on from Crow. Raanta would be a nice option too, but some of his high danger numbers are iffy and after all the high danger shots Crow faced this season, he could struggle coming back here. He's been great in Arizona though and goaltending is hard to predict, so who knows what's he's really capable of.

I'd stay away from Allen and Jarry, too much voodoo there for my liking. Dubnyk is washed, Lehner won't come back and Georgiev is going to cost an arm and a leg to get.

How and where? There are only soo many teams looking for goalies...I think 4 to be exact. BUF, CHI, DET, OTT. What other team is looking for a goalie? There are 11 options above for goalies. I just don't think goalies are going to get NEARLY what people think.

We aren't trading him unless it's an overpay. Georgiev will never be in the AHL again. Hank might retire or get bought out if necessary.
