Dont understand why some think Petey and Hughes are getting 10+. First year rfas with the flat cap, some of those 10+ deals were signed under the assumption the cap was going way up.

Theres more comparables numbers wise in the 8-8.5 range. I dont see them getting more than that. Also see a scenario where they both sign bridges to see if the cap will go up in a few years to resign at a bigger number.
